Deliveries & Return Policy.

NYC Delivery

Hand deliveries are made to NYC, Brooklyn, and Queens Tuesdays and Thursdays. When placing your order you choose a 2 hour window that is most convenient for you to receive your order.

National Shipping

For any locations outside of NYC in the Continental US please allow 1-5 Business days to receive your order via FedEx. Delivery charges vary per zone. Overnight shipping is available upon request for an additional fee.

Pickup

In your ordering process you will have the option to pick up your cleanse at one of our convenient partner pickup centers throughout New York. Pickup options are available Mondays and Fridays on Long Island and Tuesdays and Thursdays in NYC. Saves time, money, and the environment.

Return Policy

Orders that are cancelled at least 48-hrs before a scheduled delivery or shipment will receive a 100% refund. We cannot refund any orders that have been shipped or delivered. We understand circumstances arise that may inhibit someone from having a full cleanse experience. Because we are dealing with fresh juice we kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to postpone or cancel. Once juices are delivered they must be refrigerated as soon as possible. Once delivered we are no longer responsible for mishandled juices.
